This month, we’re thrilled to introduce our newest campaign — Beauty Stories.
Much of what shapes our idea of beauty comes from core childhood memories. Watching our mothers get ready for the day, admiring a big sister’s smile, sharing laughs over a home-cooked meal — these moments become memories that stay with us for a lifetime.
They teach us that beauty is far more than physical appearance — what resonates most are the feelings within them. Watching and learning from the women we admire most, seeing what makes them feel confident, strong, and beautiful.
These early memories become our first beauty lessons — lessons that get passed from generation to generation. They’re not always intentional but also never unnoticed.
Now, we’re celebrating those early memories, lessons, and reflections that have shaped us and our ideas of beauty.

Our Beauty Stories
“When I was four, I had my first real encounter with makeup. A couple of hours before my dance recital, I was sitting in my bathroom with my mom putting on natural looking eye shadow and face make up. Then she told me to sit still while she put on the finishing touch…red lipstick!”
– Cheyenne, Sr. Manager of Global Artistry & Education

“I always used to sneak into my Mom's room to steal her blush and lip gloss (when I wasn't supposed to be wearing makeup), and now she is asking me for my makeup tips and tricks.”
– Frankie, Product Development Coordinator
“My Yama always wears a bright red lip that epitomizes her beauty and big energy. She taught me that beauty comes from within... It’s bold and strong, just like her.”
– Charlotte, Associate Manager of Social
“My mom actually didn't let me wear makeup until I was like a senior in high school! It was imperative to her that I fall in love with myself in my own skin before changing it at all… The ONLY time before that I'd get to get all glammed up was for dance recitals and I lived for it. I loved when she'd sit me on her bathroom counter and give me a bright red lip, I felt SO PRETTY and so adult.”
– Maya, Sr. Director of Creative Strategy
