Break the top surface of the balm with your index finger first, then rub between your fingers to warm it up and soften the formula. Dab the balm on by using your fingertips, palms, or The Everything Brush onto cheeks, lips, or anywhere you want to tint or glow. Avoid applying Miracle Balm on the eyes.
